Think of the world as a whole, of the hospitals filled with patients who have been stricken with disease and calamity for many years; and the prisons in which thousands of people are held behind bars, their lives and pleasures ruined; and the asylums and hospitals which accommodate people who have lost their minds and have become insane.
Rasoolullah ﷺ Said. “May Allah beautify a man who hears a saying of mine, so he understands it, remembers it and conveys it. There may be one who conveys knowledge to someone who understands it better than he does.” Classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami‘ (2309).

You are better off than millions of women.
Are there not poor people living in tattered tents and hovels, who cannot find a bite to eat? Are there not women who have been stricken with calamities that took away all their children in a single accident? Or women who have lost their sight or hearing, or whose arms or legs have been amputated, or who have lost their minds, or who have been stricken with chronic diseases such as cancer and the like?
But you are sound in body and in good health, living a life of tranquility, security and contentment.
So give thanks to Allah, the Exalted, All-Merciful. for His blessings and do not waste your time with things that are not pleasing to Him, sitting for hours in front of satellite TV with its cheap, nasty and foolish content that makes the heart sick and causes depression, and makes the body lethargic.
Rather, choose that which is useful and beneficial, such as lectures and conferences, or programmes about medicine, or news that concerns Muslims, men and women, and so on. Avoid this garbage that is shown and this promiscuity that they are trying to spread, for it destroys modesty and religious commitment

Supplication for one whose affairs have become difficult
Narrated Anas bin Maalik رضي الله عنه: the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said (in another narration: the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم used to supplicate saying):
اللَّهُمَّ لا سَهْلَ إِلا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلا، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلا
Allaahumma laa sahla illaa maa ja`altahoo sahlaa, wa anta taj`alu al-hazna idhaa shi’ta sahlaa
❝O Allaah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make difficulty, if You wish, easy.❞
📚 [Ibn Hibbaan (986), and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (2886) and said: “It is as per the condition of (Imaam) Muslim”. And also grade as “Saheeh” by Shaikh Muqbil in Saheeh al-Musnad (73)]

📑 Explanation:
Shaikh Ibn al-`Uthaymeen رحمه الله:
❝The meaning of this Du`aa is that anything which Allaah عز وجل has not made it easy for a person, then it will never be easy for him to do or achieve. Easy is that which Allaah عز وجل has made easy. Al-Hazn means that which is extremely difficult, and if Allaah عز وجل Wills, He can make it convenient, easy, and simple. And if Allaah عز وجل Wills, He can make an easy thing inconvenient, difficult, and hard, for everything is in the Hands of Allaah عز وجل.
Through this Du`aa a person is asking Allaah عز وجل to make the difficult affairs easy for him. And he is praising Allaah عز وجل and affirming that everything is in the Hands of Allaah alone, and that only He تعالى can remove the difficulty and make the affairs easy.❞
